It seems that Scott has the nack to know to LISTEN to his team members, not order them around. A group that does a lot of serious work needs a leader who can spread the work around to responsible members.
I have met and worked with Joe and I can attest to his workmenship and ability. You see the "dark" side of him due to your lack of intelligence and your teams's inability to follow your "What you say goes" policy.
Hillary "Arranges Investigations" due to the simple fact that she is good at it. She is dedicated and involved. She naturally fits into her "Glamourous Name" and the other members realize this, and follow her lead.
The articles posted in the Thought & Opinions page is, as Scott explained it, his opinion. Although you and I have never met, Chris, I have a very low opinion of you myself. This opinion is not based on your e-mails to the members of the LVGHS, but on the content of your website.
