Hey there buddy,

I'm interested to see what your new article "Halloween-Good or Bad for Ghost Hunters" will be like. It got me thinking about it...and I guess it can go both ways. Although interested in the paranormal has skyrocketed in recent years, it still gets a boost around the Big Candy Day. It generates articles, news segments and specials concerning ghosts and ghost hunts. This in turn puts teams like ours in the spotlight, hopefully generating future investigations for us.

The flip side is that many of these articles and specials may put their own "spin" on what really happens. It also puts us in a position where people simply want "Ghost Hunters" at thier functions, basically using us as props. It starts to be more like a joke then anything serious. Unfortunately, I was part of that about two years ago at the General Wayne Inn. We were the entertainment rather then anything else.
