Well, for right now that's just a rumor. Of course, it would have to also mean Bonneville buying FM100, Star 102.7, Arrow 103.5 and KUTR 820 AM. If that FCC ruling goes the wrong way (which signs are saying it won't), then Simmons will be still running the top dogs in town.

However, if you look at the transmitter locations for KPKK 101.5, the LMA of KMXU 105.1, and the proposed location for the moved/relicensed KJQN 100.7, there are tell-tale signs. . .

Simmons did buy Eastern Idaho's cluster from Marathon, and LMA's some Marathon stations in St. George, so its anybody's guess.
