I wouldn't call the Breeze "falling fast." They've a good station, but in a market saturated with (arguably) Good stations. They have sort of an "unshakable" range from a 2.5-3.0, never really better or worse. But ratings I don't think matter as much to them. I bet they aren't even subscribers (I know KSOP isn't either). You'll notice they have a lot of Ogden and east side advertisers that you don't hear anywhere else. I believe many of them are quite loyal to the Breeze. And with that group it isn't so much "making money," as it is keeping a float. They have no stockholders to pay so they can survive on less, and really do a better job (more live talent, etc.).
