Well if you work for any large company either in radio or in another profession, you are always just a number. Radio as a whole is known for having a high turnover rate. It's not limited to CC, ABC, CBS or anyone else. Don't want to be thought of as a number than try finding a small Ma & Pa company to work for where you don't even know if you'll get paid. At least working for CC...you know you'll get a paycheck every 2 weeks.

As for voicetracking, The average listener does not know, and can't tell a station is tracked. On ZHT the only imported talent is Scott Tyler. Everyone else is local. Some of them may be tracked, but they are local, and do live and tracked shifts. ZHT has better talent and is as a whole a better station. In the end, ZHT will win, and no one (except you geeks on this site) will even remember POWER was ever on.
