Just because some of the DJs on The End are voice tracked, that does not mean that they are not local. A growing trend in this market is having talent piped in from other markets. So since all the DJ live and work in Utah, and the management lives in Utah, and all the decisionss are made here in Utah, that would make them 100% local. Besids that, I think they are live most of the time.
