That would ofcourse be managed by the Dept of Defense.Not subcontracted to a foreign country let alone ERG. There are so many issues that such an initiative will take time and $Billions. Yes ERG could or more than likely WILL have its transit app downloaded but that is it.Afterall this whole thing is about homeland security. The TWIC program is well documented therefor easy to follow. No role for ERG at all. As for Sunshines paid for info. I think that the market most certainly would have factored in a $10 million profit by now.Again nonsense. The market simply does not know. ERG does not dispense such info to its own brokers.
