For the purposes of the meeting, the Directors have determined that ordinary shares in the Company
will be taken to be held by the persons who are the registered holders at 10.30am (WST) on Monday
24 November 2003. Accordingly, share transfers registered after this time will be disregarded in
determining entitlements to attend and vote at the meeting.
