The computer, part of the Mebius series, will be the first notebook computer that can show 3D images without users having to wear special glasses, Sharp said in a statement. The 3D function of the computer, which will be sold first for corporate clients, can be used for a variety of applications, including architectural drawing, advertising, games, and broadcasting, the company said. The computer can also show normal two-dimensional images for operations such as word processing. "We will work to expand the 3D business by cooperating with other firms," Sharp said.
