The sale consideration on the Proton World International SA
will include an earn out fee receivable from the purchaser,
which is based on certain milestones being achieved. ERG
could earn up to E22.5m (A$40m) based on these milestones
over a ten year period. It is intended that this amount will be booked as it is progressively received.
