It will be recalled that in the aftermath of the heavy decline on 4/4/00, a temporary rebound occurred over the following three trading sessions. Downward pressure subsequently re-emerged. The risk currently exists for a similar formation/secondary sell off. Accordingly, the rally today provides an opportunity to sell on the rally.
Following are key resistance barriers-
[X.CPU] - resistance $6.50
[X.VNA] - resistance $1.84
[X.DVT] - resistance $3.00
[X.ERG] has rallied towards key resistance located at $9.20 which provides a sell on the rally opportunity
