Subject: Fork seals ZZR 1100

Silly question really for all you mechanics out there but Im an R and D chemist by trade. Just trying to put my '95 1100 back together after being knocked off whilst stationary!! Need to get it through its MOT apart from cosmetic tweeks. Anyhow how easy is it to change the fork seals and would I be better off getting a mobile mechanic in. I must add I am not a complete numbnuts, just never done this before.

Any suggestions or info greatly appreciated
