Well, all done. SEast England to JohnOGroats and back via the west of SCotland.

1600 miles and the old bike went without one complaint, regular 90mph cruising - full luggage.

Proof indeed that ZZR1100's still cut the mustard in the high speed touring dept. Over 55mpg possibly nearer 60 by the time I have done the figures.

An excellent ride, it took me 5 days. Roads are fine up the top fantastic scenery, loads of fellow motorcyclists.

A testament that at 58,000 miles on a D1 the bike is much stronger than the rider!
