Dynojet kits include replacement needles and main jets. When installing these kits you are supposed to remove the fuel mixture caps/seals (by drilling)in order to gain access to the fuel mixture screws. If they have not been removed it may just be a case of removing them and then one at a time turning the fuel mixture screws clockwise until fully seated, then undoing each exactly three turns.
