Subject: clutch judder

when pulling off i get a juddering sensation from the clutch somtimes even a rattle plus gear changes seem overly clunky but the clutch does seem to be operating ok the bike has been of the road for some time plus oil has just been changed but a friend did it and put 5w30 castrol car oil in could this be the problem.

also when hot the bike wont idle just run for a little while then stops and is sometimes hard to restart
