Ask for carb tops for the D5 onwards, I got mine from Cradley Kawasaki 01384 633455.I can't remember the part number.I posted all the detail of the conversion on here a while ago,but can't find it in the archive,sorry.
Its really just a matter of carefully undoing the screws on your existing carb tops(do 1 at a time and remember that there is a spring under the top,be carefull when removing the carb top so you don't damage the rubber diaphram, As this can stick to the tops.
Good luck
Cost about £100ish for the 4,but well worth it for the extra power it gives you
