Subject: zzr600 suspension settings

i've had my 1996 zzr600 for about 4 months now and i think it's about time i looked at my suspension settings. I know the rear suspension on these bikes is quite soft anyway but i was wondering if anyone knows what the standard preload settings should be and how i go about setting it to standard, so i have somewhere to start from.

Any info appreciated,
