The caliper on the warped disc side will be in need of cleaning, don't run the bike until you've done this or you'll end up with another warped disc!
Try cleaning both calipers and carriers, push the pistons out as far as possible without pushing them out of the caliper, clean them the best you can.
If it sticks again, then a full stripdown will be needed.
