Olisin todellakin kiinnostunut kuulemaan saman, onko ko.tautia esiintynyt rodussa, kuinka paljon, ja kerääkö joku tietoa taudin esiintymisestä. Kun oman narttuni pentueessa tuli kyseinen sairaus ilmi, ilmoitin emän kasvattajalle, uroksen omistajalle ja muiden pentujen omistajille. Mutta pitäisikö asiasta ilmoittaa vielä jollekkin? Kenelle?

Meillä on nyt perivuotias uros, jolla ilmeni Leg-Perthes n. puolivuotiaana ja leikattiin heti diagnoosin jälkeen. Koiran kivut ovat ilmeisesti kokonaan hävinneet mutta jalka ei edelleenkään ole "normaali". Luotan siihen että kasvattaja on ilmoittanut asiasta tarvittaviin paikkoihin.
