I am also enjoying Entourage quite a bit. I used to completely dispise Kevin Dillon, but the episode where he "party-proofs" his apartment turned me a little. I only slightly dislike him now. Obviously, Jeremy Piven is the best part of the show.

I just got finished watching Oz on HBO. I know it ended 4 years ago, but I never watched it on a regular basis during its initial run. It was playing on HBO Zone M-F at 11:00 PM, so I would DVR it. I really enjoyed this show. It ended a last week or so and has been replaced by Carnivale. I've heard good and bad about that, but I'm going to try and watch it now.

These are the shows I'm watching this summer:

On The Lot: My daughter likes this, and it's OK. It definitely had some problems when it started and the underlying controversy surrounding the show has kind of soured me. Who knew Carrie Fisher was this bitchy?

The Next Best Thing: Who Is The Greatest Celebrity Impersonator: the auditions for this show were AWESOME. As usual with contest shows, once it got to the final judging shows, it became less interesting. It was odd to see Jeffrey Ross in this kind of setting. He was sort of declawed, but that didn't stop Little Richard from getting mad at him.

Last Comic Standing. I watch this show through thick and thin. This seems like the weakest batch of comedians. Once again, I feel some were chosen for reasons other than being funny. I guess if you are going to conduct a "world-wide" search of comedians, at least 1 or 2 HAVE to make the finals (at the expense at more deserving funnymen). "Comedian" Ant is one of the judges and he confirms on a weekly basis how much I cannot stand him. I heard a rumor that his being gay was an act. I kind of believe it.

I watched the opener of the Holly Hunter show on TNT and found it cloying.

On the advice of a good friend, I'm going to try and watch Jericho. I've recorded 4 episodes on the DVR, but have yet to view them. Hopefully, it will be worth it.
