The O.C. actually had two launches down here in Oz; the first time it came and went without any notice. The second time it was relaunched in Summer, which is a non-ratings' period down here, and that's where it finally found legs.

Was just curious about Joey. The pilot screened here yesterday and got a shocking review. Also, I wasn't sure whether the Joey character had enough substance to be the center of a show. It would've been sorta like giving a spin-off to Cliff or Norm following Cheers. They're awesome peripheral character, but making them the center of a universe?

Jennifer Coolidge is an awesome comic talent, though, and it's little surprise she'd be given the best lines, (although it wouldn't be surprising is she ad-libbed many of them).
