That has been done from time to time and it basically boils down to we have to do it as a homeowners's association. The police said they can not arrest them (unless they actually are doing something criminal ie drugs,guns,etc.) We have no backing there, so what's the point??? My thought is they have won - just from complacency. I don't understand what the cameras are for if you have to make a request for them to be looked at by someone. Do we not just watch them on a regular basis? If so, they would see what's going on at night. But because enough of the kids know we don't regularly monitor the tapes, they have no fear. I am just so dissapointed with this whole HOA. Willoughby is a joke! The highschool age kids think this is MJ commnity center. And yes, I know this because I have a child that age that hears what is said.
