This issue has come up in the past.

According to the Mt. Juliet Police - they will ticket if called, and if the car is impeding safe passage. No cars (in my opinion) should be parked on the side walk.

I spoke with Officer Chandler and her encouraged us to call for ANY issues in the Common area. He said that the officers might not like the multiple calls, but he needs them in order to show that additional coverage is needed and to track issues in our community.

So rather than complaining here - just make a call to MJPD or submit a complaint online.
