Why not expand the baby pool and add the little fountains like some places have? How about a pavilion for the parents at the playground?

These could have a positive impact on home values with a much smaller investment.

I personally do not recall participating in any poll about building a clubhouse. When was this done?

What is going to be done with the basketball courts now that the goals are being removed?
