Curt is correct. I also read Charlies post about goals at many houses. Lets give Charlie a lesson why we have goals at our house and why we moved to a subdivison with a court. Curt has two goals in his driveway, I have one in my back yard. Tou can not practice a correct layup on a goal at you house, you have to run through. Also, you can get a pickup game going when you have two goals. Everytime I have been on the courts with 8-10 people, myself and my 11 year old daughter can get into a pickup game. Never a problem. I will volunteer to help police the area along with Curt. I am sure we can get more. Goals at your house are great for shooting and getting better at shooting. The team that wins in school usually isn't how many points you score, it is how many points you prevented the other team from scoring.......defense. This increases from playing in game situations, on a court. A level court, unlike many driveways.
