You are right--it's not all the basketball courts but a couple of yrs ago when they took the baskets down is when things calmed down. Many times when my children are on the playground you can hear the foul language coming from the bball courts. The basketball courts are covered with people who don't even live in this neighborhood--once again without the bball courts, this issue lessens. I agree that it's not all the bball courts fault but you have to start somewhere. Personally I think all the amentities should be gated and homeowners would have access passes to be able to use them.
