Are you an attorney? What does eminent domain have to do with the common area? Nothing that I see. I have seen you abuse others who disagree with you, and I will not get into that area with you. I will have a civil conversation with you on a website, and would like to know what your thought is because they called an HOA meeting to discuss this, and I am not sure what your letter would do other than further alienate a few more board members. Don't forget, this HOA board was ruled by Sellars for many years, and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. This particular board is making HUGE strives though.
