I think I was there when you were having that conversation with Orchard supporters. I was at the next table having a romantic dinner with Haley Barry. The difference is I know it was a dream.

Your agument about NDP'er supporting Orchard doesn't wash. A large number of the people who support MacKay, Brison, and Prentice are going to support Alliance in the election. Of course you get fringe support that back a candidate for their agenda but most of David's supporters are currently or have been in the past Tories.

And with respect to David's policies not being PC policies, I suggest you take your history lessons back a bit further than the 1980's. Davids policy are alot more aligned with traditional Toryism than any of the other candidates.
