change doesn't help. Being evil is one of many phases common to teenagers. God knows I've been through it. Don't worry about it. Trying to be nice doesn't help, but what does is trying to change your outlook because if you're like me then you're just being a dick because you need an outlet for your stress. Just chillax and think about the latent goodnesses and you should calm down man. I've never been to a psychologist, but I can't imagine that it helps that much unless you're dishonest to yourself or can't ponder your own problems from a just viewpoint.
If I guessed wrong, tell me specifically, but I think thats what you're going through.
