ERG at the time of writing the 26/9/03 Australian time have yet to announce to Australian Stockmarket officially.

10 mill within one month of the 26/9/03--which makes it not later than 26/10/03 27.9 mill (10.2m has already been paid) paid within 15 days of signing (I take it today 26/9/03-has been signing day)--so that makes it (if you include the 26th itself) no later than Friday the 10th of October---the 11 is a Saturday.
