I have an idea. What did you make your plumbing out of? How much rubber hose, etc.? The reason I'm asking is that on a draw through T1, if you use too much rubber hose, it has a tendancy to suck shut when the engine is not in boost.A big restriction like this could be responsible for the rich condition too. Just a wild guess, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.
HTH,
Tony
