Yeah, I've learned to occasionally back up my bookmarks too.

What's new. Starting a new job next month where all my students will be higher level than I've had in the past. I prefer the more advanced ones, so this is good. Also, I'm starting my Ph.D in New Zealand. It's not a distance program so I have to travel there a couple times a year. I'm trying to get there this month but my advisor didn't give me enough notice. Otherwise, I won't be able to go until June.

What's new with you?

How far is New Zealand from where you are? I'm terrible at distances, lol.

What's new? Things are looking up. I'm finally getting an assistant here. I've been asking for help for a long time. This is not a one person job, although one person's been doing it for a long time. :-)
Starting to see someone new too, though things ended so abruptly in my last relationship that I'm still not totally sure what happened. Don't feel like sitting around and brooding though, so I've moved on.
I tutor a 12 year old girl on Tuesday nights now and Monday is my swing dancing night. I always say my dance moves aren't going to make me the next Fred Astaire, but they may well make me the next Jerry Lewis. :-)

Does your PM work on the Mantel? The reason I ask, is if you don't have enough message boards to post on, you're more than welcome on the one my sister and I started, but I need to send you the link and you don't list an email address anywhere. That I can understand, but would still like a way to get it to you privately and PMing you would work. It's just light and chatty at my place and you can never have too many places to post. :-)

I met Forest a couple of weeks ago and had a really nice lunch and conversation with her. I can now add one more name to the list of online friends I've met in real life!
