Thanks for asking!
I did call the counselor and he was busy then, but he told me I could call him tomorrow and that we would talk (on the phone).
Tried to talk to my parents today, but they both went out for different reasons. Will have to wait until tomorrow, I guess!
I am calmer, though, so I guess I'll be able to speak without getting mad at them... and keep my cool.
