Yeah, I was really into that site, unhealthily so. I also got a lot of attention there...odd that it just didn't matter after a while. I miss the occasional hubbub that I got from my odd fictions but over-all, it no longer seemed to matter.
I've known a lot of people who wore themselves out there. I guess it gets a little boring after a while and also, once you've been there a while people start to ignore you and start reading the newbies.
Yep, I wanted to be a Mod and I know what you mean. Odd thing is, at the end, it mattered not at all, I'd become embarrassed by it. There shouldn't be a status system, it just breeds jealousy, etc. But it is a hook and a successful one, it's good business.
Anyway, just hang in there and post something in this forum if you want an opinion...Shoots and I were the only two good reviewers on that site anyway, lol.
