Pete Frazier Memorial has changed
We race Jr.Sprint Restricted Sportsman A-Class Non-Wing and Multi

Just letting everyone know that the PF Memorial will be a 2 day show. We are running both nights, Friday and Saturday, October 1st and 2nd... Gates will open at 4, races at 7 both nights. Top 4 from Friday will lock into Saturday nights A feature. This will be a non-sanctioned event, and are running all 6 classes, Jr sprints may run gas or alcohol. Pit passes $20, general admission $5. Friday night will pay something, just don't have the payout for Friday ready yet, I will post it as soon as we get it. For more info call Adri (918)371-8448
thanks

WE ARE WORKING ON NEW T-SHIRTS RIGHT NOW.
We will have them in time for the Pete Frazier Memorial
race. Every year Jim and I purchase the t-shirts and the
money that is made goes into a fund for Pete's daughters education.
This year we think Pete would like it if we donate all the
t-shirt profit to Little Timmy. Please everyone, lets get as
many t-shirts sold for Timmy as we can.

For those of you that don't know Tim and Angela Carter....Tim was a very good
friend of Pete Frazier. He helped Pete on the race car the last few years Pete
raced. Tim works for us at Factor 1 Racing.

This will be done Saturday Night. There will be SIX envelopes. There will be THREE envlopes with $200 in each one, ONE envelope with $300, ONE envelope with $400, and ONE with $600. Total additional purse $1900.00. These envelopes will be numbered 1 thru 6. The WINNERS of the features will draw a number from 1-6 and be handed the envelope that matches that number. When all the envelopes have been drawn they will be opened. So all 6 Feature winners have the chance to add to their purse. And the luck of the draw will determine how much. This additional purse is being donated by several people. And dont forget the best trophy in the racing sport.

Timothy Carter Jr.

Timothy Carter Jr. is an 18 month old little boy who suffers from a very rare disease called Tay-Sachs. This disease is a fatal genetic disorder that causes destruction of the central nervous system. This disease is caused by the absence of a vital enzyme called Hexosaminidase A (Hex A). A baby with Tay-Sachs disease appears normal at birth and seems to develop normally until about six months of age. The first signs of TSD can vary and are evident at different ages in affected children. Initially, development slows; there is a loss of peripheral vision, and the child exhibits an abnormal startle response. By about two years of age, most children experience recurrent seizures and diminishing mental function. The infant gradually regresses, losing skills one by one, and is eventually unable to crawl, turn over, sit, or reach out. Other symptoms include increasing loss of coordination, progressive inability to swallow, and breathing difficulties. Eventually, the child becomes blind, mentally retarded, paralyzed, and non-responsive to his or her environment.

Is there any treatment?
Presently there is no treatment for Tay-Sachs.

What is the prognosis?
Even with the best of care, children with Tay-Sachs disease usually die by age 5.

On July 13th, Timothy became the fourteenth child diagnosed with Tay-Sachs this year.

The Frazier family in connection with Texas Roadhouse invites you to join with them in supporting the Carter family. Due to the mounting medical expenses for Timothy we will be holding a benefit dinner after the Pete Frazier Memorial race October 2nd in the pits. Please purchase your Texas Roadhouse dinner ticket for $7.00 in advance or as you enter the pit gate.

Additional donations for Timothy may be made at any Bank Of Oklahoma branch in the name of Timothy Carter Jr. Medical Fund.

The Frazier and Carter family appreciates any assistance that you may give.
