I've got a feeling that 'the mourners' was the original name of MUD. Yes, that 70's band.
Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i think it was MUD.
But these guys are new, you say? Probably not the same ones then...

Anyone know where i can find out more?
This glorious passage has tempted me, despite the "what is the fucking point of them" conclusion.
Besides, who'd be mad enough to resist trying out a new band?
So...any more info?

is a new day, problem is its the same song its always been.And i can't play it very well. I can get the gist of it but it always runsaway towards the end. and then i can hear it for the rest of time taunting me when im lead off to the breakers yard in half a lifetime.i tried to imitate this song but the versions were not as raw of gentile and struggled to keep smiling.

Don't say that. Half a lifetime's a long time to figure out the ending to the song. Surely?
