on bbc 2 at about one o clock
"The Witchfinder General."
a serious and gritty sixties portrayal of witchunting in the sixteenth centurty. according to the 1997 Time Out Film Guide a "minor subtle masterpiece" with "majestic use of the Norfolk countryside"

or starting a little later on bbc 1
"The Evil Twins"
starring christopher lee as a puritan hunting out the wicthes fom his own community(essentially a girls prep school). he has two sixteen year old nieces staying with him, and theres an evil count talking crap all the time.
"essentially you get the impression that this film revolves around engineering situations where the female characters disrobe for the benefit of the camera".
