Subject: Irish patience....

I have a problem: I may be terminally stupid, but I fail to understand WHY Northern Irish Catholics (aka Sein Fein)are supposed to accept the last insult handed down to them by the British Commonwealth. The very rafters rattle at the outrage!
It amuses me that the British are so worried about what Sein Fein is up to to the point they feel threatened enough to raid the Sein Fein offices. I haven't had this much fun since Nixon's "plumbers" instigated the Watergate scandal.
Nowadays,given the political climate according to George Bush,Jr.,hand in hand with Tony Blair,all bets are off;cheap shots are the order of the day.
Everybody's got an an agenda:George Bush,Jr. wants to go to war and Tony Blair would be happy to accord the dissident Irish space in the nearest Catholic cemetery,just
as long as he can't be HELD responsible for their demise.
It is dependent on the last of the sane of us to block the Homeland Security Act. I refuse to accept any abrogation of my Constitutional rights, my primary one being freedom of speech. I cannot imagine dropping a grand's worth of access,but I'd cheerfully drop my computer into the Shenandoah River before I consented for the so-called "Feds" to access my computer. Period.
Every dog is supposed to "have their day." I can't wait until the Irish wolfhound bites the British bulldog on its butt.The payback is long overdue.
