Somebody knows something about the Province of Qu�bec?? A French state which belongs to Canada...

I believe that it is the most serious independantist movement of the world.(at referendum in 1995, 49,4% of the quebeckers have vote for separation, all America followed that in 1995).

The Scottish National Party is influenced by their separatist political party ...
