I want to donate my sperm to her lover so she will get pregnant, so they will be able to have a baby , it is their dream to have a family. We want to use artificial insemination at home. We don't know nothing about it. Has anyone tried it with success? If yes can you explain how it works? Is there something that I can do to increase the chances to have a pregnancy? My problem is that I'm an airline pilot so we will have hard times to match her fertile days with my work. How many times I have to donate each month?
