I read that Pat is playing with FOO Fighters acuostic tour. I wonder if there is going to anymore Germs show besides Warped. What/why happened to Germs Myspace. I read that The germs were working on new songs that darby wrote the lyrics for that they found in some of notebooks. What is going on? Update me please someone>

They keep saying that they are going to play shows soon but I dont think its going to happen for a while, until after Warped. I think Pat should write some more. He is very talented. I also think that Don and Lorna's playing is very good maybe even better than before from hearing/seeing their reunion show. Being that the lyrics were written by Darby in one of his notebooks. Sure, bands lose members and go on and they need to keep playing because they are artists/musicans. I am sure a lot of people are really against the band going forward and of course Darby is great and nobody can take his place, but also no one can take Pat's place or Lorna's place. I think Pat is great in the Foo Fighters but he is playing Grohl's music - which is good, but I think that Pat can write some mean tunes in the true old school punk style. Even if they were to use a different name like the original Sophistifuck and Revlon Spam Queens, it might make people happier than trying to use the pen name "the germs" which people equate with an ecstatic experience, it could put fans at ease, but would/should they need to?
