I do want a wooden stock and want the rifle to be as historically accurate as I can.

The plastic set will be a "temporary fix" until I can afford the other parts. PBR reccomends the Ironwood designs wood stock set, but they are entirely sold out right now (and kind of expensive). When I have the money to buy the FSE control parts I will take off the plastic stock set.

Thanks for the heads up on the floor plates and followers. I will have to look around more. The price I quoted was from TAPCO.
