That definately makes sense. In some cases 25.5gr is compressed and some others there is a bit more room and not compressed (at least not as much from what I see)

I'm using Hornaday 52gr BTHP Match bullets working up Varget powder loads from 26.5gr to 23gr on 1/2 grain increments. I've been told 24gr of Varget and 52gr BTHP is the best load.

I hope to test this weekend if the weather is good...too windy and rainy lately.
