That's smart." on 01:32:42 01/21/03 Tue I think these rounds are designed for small pest control, AKA rats and mice. I used my father's .22 rifle as a boy to shoot rats in my grandfather's corn crib. He wouldn't let me use high-powered rounds, but CB caps and BB caps were the norm. They worked wonderfully and made such little noise that Grandpa usually didn't hear me and come put me to work on his farm...
