we're so far past words now it's crazy. loss of human life or the actions that lead to it can never be justified with words.

but perhaps i'm naive. we've come so far through slaughter and genocide that we can't hope to change a world so badly stained with the blood of innocents. it's become 'human' to wage war, to kill our brothers and sisters because they're different from us, or because we disagree with what they say.

nothing will change until human beings have the strength inside to admit, without fear and without shame, that they wrong.
