Subject: Would Gwen tell Rebecca about her hair dye?
In reply to: Voltaire 's message, "Re: Thoughts on NBC Next Week Spoilers..." on 02:02:13 01/25/03 Sat

Would that be something they keep between just them? Or does Gwen like to make Rebecca think that that's her natural hair colour? Yeah, off colour (no pun intended) humor.

Unless Fox wants to make himself look good in Theresa's eyes... you're right, I don't see Fox telling Theresa any thing. And why not? This clears her name. Ivy stops being mad, Rebecca and Gwen go down, Ethan realizes what a fool he's been, and Fox looks like a knight in shining armor in the process. Though... do some people want this? It's already been established that some people want him to lie to Theresa if he *ever* found out about Little Ethan's true paternity. :\ So that definitely makes you wonder!

Of course, the telling of the tablio dibacle doesn't necessarily negate that Ethan be reinstated into the family. It's still pretty much "Ethan is Sam Bennett's son." (If Alistair is so smart, why didn't he order a paternity test?) All it does is clear Theresa's name, open up Ethan's eye's, and further destory his life. Not only is he still a Bennett, but the woman he married and now proclaims to love, is the one who destoryed his life. If I were Fox, and I hated Ethan as much as he does, I'd surely do it! Of course... it paves the way for Theresa to be back in his good graces. (And his with her.) Now if we're to listen to some people... Fox wouldn't want that.

But what else are we going to do for Feb. sweeps? Another party where another family member of the Lopez-Fitz comes by and does an expose on the Cranes and we never hear from them again? One can only hope for something a little more exciting. And I doubt Liz will be found out. I doubt Antonio will make a miracalous recovery (although, don't count it out). I doubt Ivy and David will be anything as their plans start to unravel before February. I doubt Beth is found out. I doubt anything, actually, and that includes the tabliod, but I like to hang onto hope...

And you know, that's a good point about not telling Theresa the part about them wanting to reinstate Ethan by getting Julian to adopt him. *shrugs* I guess you *could* make a case for it, but...

True..true...would Gwen want Rebecca to know the secret life of her hair? Doubtedly.

True, Fox could bust open the scheme of Gwen in order to make Ethan look like a fool...further keeping Ethan away from the goods. But if he were to leak it, Ethan would turn immediately to Theresa and she would sail into Ethan's open arms without even a thought at Fox. However, if Fox kept it to himself, knowing that Ethan becoming adopted is a long-shot, he still gets to toy around with Theresa in his game with Ethan.

Does Fox want Ethan and Theresa to reunite? That's the question.

I am wondering if his overhearing them has to do with that spoiler drifting about that reads Rebecca begs Gwen to talk to Julian in adopting Ethan. Maybe Fox will put the ax in that plan by popping in with, "not a good move honey...you know how father is."

Fox has to suck on some level for the Crane's to have basically thrown him away. Even Alistair said that the family was worthless save for Ethan. So if Ethan is the "good one"...how is Fox ever going to be the supposed "prince"?

What's the spoiler with Theresa's life coming once again on the line? Is that going to be Feb. sweeps? Are they going to try to kill her yet again? (Sheridan...any memories?) I am not really clear on that spoiler...like what does it mean? Or are they just going to take her life away by throwing her into the gutter? Undoubtedly Ethan won't have a clue on this one either.

Thank God for Eliteness...otherwise faith in this show would be non-exsistant :)

You know, at some point, Fox has got to be the catalyst turned prop. He's gotta either do something awful or something good that will directly or indirectly bring Ethan and Theresa back together.

The spoiler that gets me is the one that says Fox paves the way to put him in the family business, or whatever. The thing is, he's got to do something that makes him look good in the eyes of Alistair, right? What if exposing the truth behind the tablio did that? Yeah, I really am grasping at straws... LOL But I'm just saying, if he does any thing it's always for a purpose and even Justin said that there is always a reason as to why he does things.

I'm not sure about the Theresa spoiler. It said for the New Year and I guess that could go into February. :\
