It's fascinating what we can do by just using a transparency in our class. First, it offer the students a new way of learning, why? 1. They feel they are in another world out of just plain reading or lecturing. 2. The important points are what you show them. 3. It is easier for the teacher to use it and expalin without loosing perspective of students view. 4. If the student forgot they can always go back easily and find out how to do, or look for information. As a suggestion, is not a have to, keep in mind students with learning disabilities and multiple intelligences. It is not that I am being rude, is that it had work for me.
