I was there the April 21st. The top parking lot was littered with beer cans. The barrel was over flowing.
Imagine growing up there and hanging out down by the river with friends and family. Then one day the road has a gate on it.
Often as a teenager(s) we would just drive around and look for places like this Jenkinsburg take-out.With just enough money in our pockets for gas and a 6pac. We didnt have alot of places around to hang-out without rules. Not to cause trouble, but to stay away from trouble.
Im not saying- what this kid did was ok. But is there another way?
