朋友,我提議你應該隻身處地以編輯者的角度去思考這問題.編輯時間表所兼顧的問題多而繁.例如:協調教學上的需要,平衡全校整體利益,減少人事紛爭,順從上級指示.還要兼顧崗位不同的老師,令他們可抽空處理教學以外的工作等等.這些林林總總的因素又是否三言兩語,一兩條道理便可以說得通呢.執事老師要兼顧教學和處理份外事已是不容易了.各位男女教員切忌強人所難啊.有時將就下就算吧.
師弟們,社會上很多時是沒有所謂絕對的"黑"和"白"的.處理問題時能夠找出一個紛爭最少兼對團體仝人影響最少的解決方法,比所謂公平來得更重要.人世間是沒有絕對公平的.而且時間表是教員間的secret,我們還是別太多事為妙.
心雲,何須自責?你是負責執行高層和BA指示,好好編寫時間表.有什麼芝麻綠豆的問題(不知是否真的),又與你何干呢?
