 隱瞞疫情一事真的是他一個人的意見嗎？我相信不是。他只不過是被人抬出來為這件事作一個了結。
而我亦都認同香港所謂「寬厚」這個做法，因為是次事件可謂十分新鮮，各高官都不能以經驗解決問題，試問當時又有多少個人可以即時作出反應，有效地解決問題？
